By accessing or using AgentScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentScan provides automated security scanning for AI agents via API. The Service tests AI agent endpoints for common security vulnerabilities including prompt injection, data exfiltration, jailbreak, and other attack vectors.
You may only use AgentScan to scan AI agents that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each plan has monthly scan quotas and rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary restrictions until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaging in abusive usage patterns.
Scan results, including payloads sent and agent responses received, are stored in your account. We do not share your scan data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all vulnerabilities. Security scanning results should be used as part of a broader security assessment program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
